Dr. Ladan, DDS
Dr. Ladan attended high school in England before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at The Ohio State University. She continued her education at the OSU College of Dentistry and graduated in 1986 with the degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). She is a member of the American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association and the Columbus Dental Society. Dr. Ladan opened Winchester Dental in 1996.
In her free time, Dr. Ladan enjoys traveling with her children Alex and Allyna. She enjoys swimming, playing tennis and spending time with her rescued lab-mix, Earl. She and her family reside in Canal Winchester.

Paula Ellis |
Paula has been in the dental field since 1987 and worked at West Moreland Hospital Dental Clinic. She is from Jeannette, PA, the home of Ohio State QB Terrell Pryor although she is an avid Penn State fan. Paula, her husband, Jim and two children Troy and Gianna moved to Ohio in December 2007 due to Jim accepting a position at AEP. Her oldest son, Rob still resides in Pennsylvania.
Paula enjoys watching daughter Gianna swim on the Jerry Garver YMCA swim team. She and her family reside in Pickerington with their two dogs Hank and Angel.

Sandy is an 11 year resident of Canal Winchester. She graduated from the Eastland Career Center and attended Columbus State Community College. Sandy is married and has three boys. Two are grown and have moved south to advance in their careers. The third is a teenager and still at home. Sandy has over more than 20 years of dental/medical experience. In her spare time, she is a team football mom (Go Indians and Bucks!), loves to travel, go to the gym and spend time with her family, including her Chihuahua mix Cocoa.

Kristin Yarger |
Kristin is a 1988 graduate of The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. In addition to her dental hygiene license, she also is certified as an EFDA, which enables her to perform certain restorative procedures. She has had extensive nonsurgical periodontal therapy experience and is licensed to administer local anesthesia.
Kristin and her family reside in Pickerington with their two teenage children. They are avid fans of the gymnastics and wrestling meets in which their kids compete. As a family, they enjoy camping, traveling and playing with their Labradoodle Riley.

Jenifer Kay, RDH |
Jenifer is a 1996 graduate of Eastland Career Center as a certified dental assistant, and a 2001 graduate of Columbus State Community College Dental Hygiene program. She has been employed with Winchester Dental as a dental assistant and now as a Dental Hygienist.
Jenifer enjoys cooking and traveling to Hawaii and to the Caribbean. Jenifer resides in Reynoldsburg with her husband Nathaniel and her Himalayan cat Preston.

Kassie Spires |
Kassie is a 2010 graduate of Eastland Career Center Dental Assisting program, where she graduated top of her class. Kassie was born and raised in Lancaster and still resides there. In her free time she regularly participates in local missionary work, she also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
