Dr. Ladan attended high school in England before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at The Ohio State University. She continued her education at the OSU College of Dentistry and graduated in 1986 with the degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). She is a member of the American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association, The Columbus Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
In her free time, Dr. Ladan enjoys traveling with her children Alex and Allyna. She enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with her rescued lab-mix, Earl. She and her family reside in the Canal Winchester Area.
Paula has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Originally from Greensburg, Pa she now resides in Pickerington, Ohio with her husband Jim and their dog Abby. She has two sons named Rob and Troy, and her daughter Gianna, a student at Capital University. She has three granddaughters named Lily, Brynn, and Scarlet.
She and her husband are avid Penn State and Steeler fans , and enjoy attending church at C3 in Pickerington.
Jenifer Kay, RDH
Jenifer graduated from Eastland Career Center in 1996 and obtained her dental assistant certification. In 2001, she graduated from Columbus StateCommunity College Dental Hygiene program. Initially, she began her journey with Winchester Dental as a dental assistant and she is now a Dental Hygienist. Jenifer enjoys cooking and vacationing with her family. She resides in the Reynoldsburg area with her husband Nathaniel and their son Ethan.
Whitney was born and raised in Circleville, Ohio. In 2015, she received her dental assisting certification and radiography license at Fairfield Career Center. She enjoys traveling, and spending time with her daughter Ryleigh. Whitney plans to continue her education in the dental field. Her philosophy is to work hard, and never give up.
Cierra graduated from Amanda Clearcreek High School in 2012, then furthered her education at the Fairfield Vocational Center where she graduated in 2013. Cierra loves cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to new places. Cierra’s goal is to continue her education and become an EFDA.
Takila is a South Carolina native that relocated to West Virginia in 2003 where she attended Ohio Valley University studying Secondary Education. She discovered a love for dentistry, and in 2010 she transitioned in her field and received her dental assisting certification and radiography license from Ohio Business College in Columbus, Ohio. Takila loves spending time with her daughters, traveling, and being encouraging to everyone around her. One of her favorite quotes is: “Let your smile change the world, but don’t let the world change your smile.”
