Dr. Ladan attended high school in England before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at The Ohio State University. She continued her education at the OSU College of Dentistry and graduated in 1986 with the degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). She is a member of the American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association, The Columbus Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
In her free time, Dr. Ladan enjoys traveling with her children Alex and Allyna. She enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with her rescued lab-mix, Earl. She and her family reside in the Canal Winchester Area.
Paula has been in the dental field since 1987 and worked at Westmoreland Hospital Dental Clinic. She is from Jeannette, PA. Paula, and her husband, Jim and two children Troy and Gianna moved to Ohio in December 2007 due to Jim accepting a position at AEP. Paula and her family reside in Pickerington with their dog Abby. Her oldest son, Rob, still resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and their daughter Brynn.
Paula and Jim enjoy working out and boxing at the Pickerington Title Boxing Club.
Kristin is a 1988 graduate of The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. In addition to her dental hygiene license, she also is certified as an EFDA, which enables her to perform certain restorative procedures. She has had extensive nonsurgical periodontal therapy experience and is licensed to administer local anesthesia. Kristen and her family reside in Pickerington with their Labra doodle, Riley.
They are avid fans of the gymnastics and wrestling meets in which their kids compete. As a family, they enjoy camping, traveling and playing with their Labradoodle Riley.
Jenifer Kay, RDH
Jenifer graduated from Eastland Career Center in 1996 and obtained her dental assistant certification. In 2001, she graduated from Columbus StateCommunity College Dental Hygiene program. Initially, she began her journey with Winchester Dental as a dental assistant and she is now a Dental Hygienist. Jenifer enjoys cooking and vacationing with her family. She resides in the Reynoldsburg area with her husband Nathaniel and their son Ethan.
Amy attended the Ohio State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, and minor in Community Health Education. She has 20 years of clinical experience in private practice, and has been licensed to administer local anesthesia. Her main focus is patient health and helping clients to understand their dental needs by setting achievable goals; in which, they can maintain and obtain their healthy smile. She resides in the Canal Winchester area with her husband Keith and their two daughters Morgan and Norah.
Cierra graduated from Amanda ClearCreek High School in 2012, then furthered her education at the Fairfield Vocational Center where she graduated in 2013. Cierra loves cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to new places. Cierra’s goal is to continue her education and become an EFDA.
Beth lives in Pickerington, and is a registered Hygienist. She graduated in 1988 from Northampton College, of Pennsylvania. She has had experience in Pediatric, Orthodontic, General, and Periodontal treatment. She assisted in Association with Allentown Hospital of PA in the operating room with reconstructive Pediatric cases. Also, she has been involved in the Dental Public Health by making presentations to local elementary and preschools. She and her husband just celebrated 28 years of marriage, and have a daughter Amy who is graduating from Waynesburg University. Also, their son Drew is completing his first year at Finlay University. Beth wishes to enlighten and educate patients about their dental health which will help them to live happy and healthy lives.

Takila is a South Carolina native that relocated to West Virginia in 2003 where she attended Ohio Valley University studying Secondary Education. She discovered a love for dentistry, and in 2010 she transitioned in her field and received her dental assisting certification and radiography license from Ohio Business College in Columbus, Ohio. Takila enjoys spending time with her daughter Genesis, traveling, and being encouraging to everyone around her! One of her favorite quotes is: “Let your smile change the world, but don’t let the world change your smile.”
